Shipping & Handling
I wanted to address shipping. We have a Yahoo! store and they aren’t very flexible with the way you can ship. We normally ship Priority mail which is almost $6 plus we have a small handling fee for the boxes, packages, envelopes, tape, time and effort it takes to buy these supplies as well as pack them and finally label them, drive to the post office and mail them. We also send out free samples with every order. Those samples are courtesy items but they are not free for us. So we chose $6.99 as a flat rate charge, (unless it’s $100 then it’s free). You can order $99 of the heaviest items and it will always cost $6.99. Unfortunately, you can order two small items and the shipping will also be $6.99, but our hands are tied.
We are a very understanding company and we love our customers. I hope that this blog helps everyone have a better understanding of the shipping rate. Because of the fact that we love our customers, we will start shipping out a code for $2.00 off of shipping of your next $50.00 or more purchase with us. We LOVE our repeat customers! We roll out the red carpet for them. Now they will receive this valuable coupon code to encourage everyone to shop with us again. But I love it! Vacation is over, we made it back safe and sound late last night. We have a ton of orders to fill. I’d really like to thank our customers and former consultants. We’ll get started packing immediately and the latest they would possibly ship is Monday. REALLY sorry for the inconvenience. We hardly ever take vacations so this will not happen again. I thank all of you for your patience and hope that, if this is your first time ordering, you don’t think we normally take this long to ship. We don’t! At the end of the night, all the day’s orders are packed and mailed out the very next morning.
